Messanger Bags

We have been super busy, but I managed to get a couple of cute Brandi Messanger Bags done for a friend. She uses them as Diaper Bags, but I have one that I use for a purse when I travel (it holds a lot of stuff).
My friend found some super cute fabric at the Mormon Handicraft store, so she handed it over. She has some ideas of what she wanted and I went from there. The first one is from a pair of her old jeans, and two cotton prints. I also made a little zipper pouch for her stuff (to keep it separate from all the kid stuff).The second is just from two cotton prints. I used black nylon strapping for the strap, so it's more durable. And again I made a little zipper pouch for her stuff.

Ladies Bags

A friend had this cute fabric and wanted a few bags. Here is the result.Mary- green and black cotton print on the outside, and the ladies with cats for the lining and the pockets.




Mary- sewing themed cotton print on the outside, and a polka dot lining, with sewing ladies for the pockets.



Mary- Blue Canvas outside, plaid cotton print for the lining, and ladies with cats for the pockets.
