This winter I made a custom jacket for myself. It was a lot of fun creating the pattern with the style elements that I wanted. I did a flat front double breasted, and on the back I added some pleats. And a belt for extra detail.

Messanger Bags
We have been super busy, but I managed to get a couple of cute Brandi Messanger Bags done for a friend. She uses them as Diaper Bags, but I have one that I use for a purse when I travel (it holds a lot of stuff).
My friend found some super cute fabric at the Mormon Handicraft store, so she handed it over. She has some ideas of what she wanted and I went from there. The first one is from a pair of her old jeans, and two cotton prints. I also made a little zipper pouch for her stuff (to keep it separate from all the kid stuff).

The second is just from two cotton prints. I used black nylon strapping for the strap, so it's more durable. And again I made a little zipper pouch for her stuff.

New Purse Line
About a month ago, I made a new bag for myself. It sparked an upheaval of great reviews. I wasn't sure at first if I was going to produce more, but the input has been such that I have been busting them out the past week.
This is my bag. You can check out the details here.
I made this one for a friend who's having another baby and wanted a new diaper bag. It has a matching wipes case that you can check out here.
My Mom sent me some fabric and here are the two creations that came from them. They are for sale for $35, just contact me if you're interested.
This one has a cream background with different types of flowers and butterflies. The lining is a dark Red, with a button closure.
This is a country blue with little spools of pink thread printed. The lining is the same and has a magnetic snap closure.

More Quilts
I thought I'd post a picture of a custom quilt I made last year. It's made with a combination of several different denims with red top stitching, red buttons and a backing of red flannel. I even used the back pockets from a pair of jeans. And it's King size! A couple of years ago I wanted to try a technique called Watercolor Quilting. You can use the pattern in a piece of fabric to make the picture you want. This Floral Wreath wallhanging was my first try.

We've also been busy making baby quilts.
This all blue rag quilt is made with a number of cotton fabrics in a random pattern and backed with several different colors of blue cordaroy. It's very soft and fuzzy. This pretty pink quilt has a variety of pink cottons and little teddy bears. It is a traditional design and is backed with a pink fabric.
It's spring so that means baseball! We have mixed in red, yellow and blue cotton fabrics and backed it with yellow in a traditional style.
We have moons and stars with yellow and purple randomly mixed and a little stripe to make this cute quilt backed in dark purple.
All of the baby quilts shown here are for sale. The rag quilt is $35. and the traditional baby quilts are $45. Let us know if we can custom make a quilt in the color combination you prefer.
Kid's Stuff
The kids in our lives need something special, too. Since kids like to be creative and can sometimes color outside the lines, we have "Kid's Aprons" to get
messy in. These aprons are designed for kids under 8 years old and they all have a front pocket to hold crayons or paint brushes. They have an adjustable neck and tie at the waist in the back. And best of all, these aprons are totally machine washable-just make sure you check the pockets first! We have a wide variety of colors to choose from including:
We have designed a unique way to summon the Tooth Fairy. Each pillow has a pocket for that valuble tooth to be safely tucked into. It is embroidered with the child's name and the pillow is made from a fabric that shows the child's interest. Each pillow measures about 6" square.
